Safety / Maintenance

  1. Above all, be safe when using the Rotisserie. The Rotisserie is hot when it has been used.  Be cautious in handling the Rotisserie when removing food product or anytime the Rotisserie has been in or near the fire.
  2. Adult supervision is highly recommended when the Rotisserie is used by children.
  3. The Rotisserie has skewer ends which have the potential to be a poking or puncture hazard. Be aware of your surroundings and those around you.
  4. Never run with the Rotisserie.
  5. If the Rotisserie becomes squeaky or sticky when you spin it, spray a little cooking oil on the moving parts.  This will restore the smooth operation of the Rotisserie.
  6. Use common sense; it’s free.
